Placing an Order in the USA

When placing an order, please be sure to:

  • Identify each instrument required (Each instrument has a unique part number, see Ordering Information)

  • Specify the type of connector desired

  • Specify the desired meter dial

Be sure to also include:

  • Shipping Address (We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Motor Freight and cannot ship instruments to P.O. Boxes, we must have a physical address)

  • Billing Address

  • Contact Name

  • Phone Number

  • Purchase Order Number (if required)

  • Credit Card Information (if used, please include: type of card, card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card)

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If you are uncomfortable providing that information via e-mail please call and we will make sure it gets attached to your order.

Note: If the order is being sent to an international destination, an End Use/User Statement is required, read the requirements for international orders below.

International Orders

All international accounts are required to submit an End Use/User Statement. Proforma invoices are not submitted to customer without the End Use/User Statement. Any domestic customers who are sending the instruments internationally are required to submit an End Use/User Statement.

An End Use/User Statement is not required for repair/calibration. All that needs to be done is a denied party screening.
